Aware of the importance of the need to support the development and professional training of young people in Palencia, Cerealto wanted to be present at a meeting with students from the province to listen to their concerns and questions about access to the world of work.

María Vera Guzmán, Talent Acquisition Expert in Cerealto, has participated in the round table "Vocational Training in the work environment", framed within the XXVII Provincial Conference of Vocational Training in Palencia.

At this conference, companies and representatives of the educational centres assessed the needs and challenges of these training courses in the business world.
