Valladolid, September 18, 2019.- The Grupo Siro Foundation will offer the opportunity to access scholarships to study the new Master of Connected Agribusiness and Sustainability, taught by the University School of Agricultural Engineering of Valladolid, INEA, and professors of the Pontifical University Quote ICADE-ICAI. The aid will be granted taking into account the academic record and the professional curriculum of the applicant, and will be subject to individual interviews of skills and competencies. These scholarships are the result of a training collaboration agreement between the Grupo Siro Foundation and Cerealto Siro Foods with INEA, in line with the commitment of both, to promote sustainability in the agri-food industry and digital transformation, which are called the companies that operate in the primary sector. In addition to these scholarships, whose coverage could range between 25 and up to 100% of the master’s degree, the agreement also considers other lines of collaboration such as the development of business practices in the multinational agrifood company based in Castilla y León, and with operations in the rest of Spain, Portugal, Italy, United Kingdom and Mexico. The strategic commitment of the Grupo Siro Foundation and Cerealto Siro Foods in the identification of talent and development opportunities, has found in INEA a key ally, since the training of professionals with a global vision and sensitivity to new challenges must always be a priority for the future of the sector, as it is for this leading agrifood company in the sector. In addition, they share the same global vision for the training of professionals: mastery of new technologies for their successful application to the business, within a framework of social, environmental and economic sustainability.
