Grupo Siro renews its Advisory Board

The Company intends to review its Industrial Strategy with a focus on the operational excellence and on ensuring the sustainability of the Group.

Grupo Siro has renewed its Advisory Board with the incorporations of Antonio J. Fernández Alvarez, Jordi Vila i Bosch and Pedro Navarrete Gonzalez-Bueno.

This movement responds mainly to two objectives. The first one is to define a new Industrial Strategy that guarantees the operational excellence of the Group with the implementation of a new Operations Model in its production centers. Accompanied by a Cultural Transformation Plan to settle quickly and effectively new ways of work.

n response to this, are the additions of Antonio J. Fernández Álvarez, Managing Partner of ASTI-Consulting Services (consulting firm specialized in Operations and Industry 4.0), and Advisory in different companies, with extensive experience in advising companies, mainly in the Industrial Transfoemation field, and Jordi Vila i Bosch, Founding Partner and General Manager of NEXE Group, with over 25 years of experience in changing processes in organizations facing growth or evolution challenges.

The second one, responds to the objective of ensuring the sustainability of the Group and lay the foundations of the future corporation. For this, Grupo Siro has incorporated Pedro Navarrete Gonzalez-Bueno, Managing Partner of DJV Abogados.

The Advisory Board of Grupo Siro is completed by Esteban Farrero, who has been collaborating with the Company for three years, and who was former Senior VP and General Director of Sara Lee (Bimbo).
