Grupo Siro Foundation receives Contribution to Rural Development Prize

On Wednesday, the El Mundo de Castilla y León newspaper organised its La Posada Awards at the Miguel Delibes Centre in Valladolid. The 20-year-old supplement celebrated the sixth edition of these awards, which this year recognised the work of 14 initiatives related to the agri-food sector.
Grupo Siro was among those recognised, receiving the Award for Best Agri-food Company. “The Chairman of Grupo Cerealto Siro has made a forward-thinking commitment through an integration process that is launching the company towards international expansion.
And that forward-thinking commitment is already producing numbers. ‘We are planning investments of 120 million euros in the markets where we operate over the next four years’, said Juan Manuel González Serna, Chairman of Cerealto Siro Foods, to EL MUNDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN.”
