Yesterday we launched the first edition of the Young Talents Programme, a strategic initiative to attract, develop and support participants at the start of their professional careers.

We have a group of eight young people with degrees in Business Administration and Management, Food Science and Technology, and Engineering. We are delighted to welcome Sandra Pozo Zapatero, Pablo Tomé de la Peña, Jaime Martín Moretón, María Belén Vizcaíno Sánchez, Lucía Medrano Sanz, Elena Bernal García, Nikolle Loayza Veintemilla, and Claudia Corujo Valdés.

Over the coming months, they will rotate through different departments such as Purchasing, R&D, Finance, Quality, Project Management and several of our factories in Venta de Baños, which will give them a comprehensive overview of the business.

We would like to extend our congratulations and best wishes to those selected, trusting that this experience will positively mark the beginning of their professional future.
