We are pleased to announce that the CONOCE project, an initiative led by Angulas Aguinaga and in which Cerealto is a partner, was presented at this event.

The project aims to develop innovative solutions in the food industry by combining traditional techniques with disruptive and neuroscience techniques, putting the consumer at the centre of decision-making.

We are very proud that such an innovative project has been presented to all players in the food industry ecosystem, including start-ups, companies, technology centres and universities.
