COMPLAINTS CHANNEL
Cerealto has an Internal Information Channel, accessible both from the website, intranet and the corporate app, which allows any collaborator or third party to report possible irregular, unethical conduct or conduct contrary to what is established in the Code of Conduct.
The Complaints Channel guarantees confidentiality, and communications can also be made anonymously. All complaints received are analyzed by the Group’s Regulatory Compliance Supervision and Control Body, which is in charge of analyzing, investigating and resolving them.
